Job Description – Fitness Manager (Operational Level) WTF Gyms – Noida & Ghaziabad Cluster WTF Gyms is one of India’s fastest-growing fitness chains, known for its innovation, technologydriven coaching, and transformation-focused training systems. We are seeking a dynamic Fitness Manager to lead operations across 5 gyms, ensuring high performance, client transformation, and operational excellence. Position: Fitness Manager (Operational Level) Location: Noida & Ghaziabad Key Responsibilities (KRAs) Trainer Performance & Attendance • Ensure 100% daily attendance & punctuality of all trainers across 5 gyms. • Monitor discipline, grooming, uniform adherence & conduct. • Review daily shift logs, check-in data, and member feedback. • Conduct weekly one-on-one reviews with trainers to set goals and track progress. Personal Training (PT) Sales & Revenue • Drive PT sales and overall revenue performance for all gyms. • Ensure each trainer achieves minimum ₹40,000 PT revenue per month. • Track lead conversions, upselling, renewals, and PT funnel performance via dashboards. • Coach trainers to enhance communication and client conversion skills. Client Transformations & Progress Tracking • Ensure each gym achieves at least 10 client transformations per month. • Monitor client progress using BCA results, workout plans, and nutrition adherence. • Conduct fortnightly client reviews with trainers. • Identify at-risk clients and coordinate retention with the front desk team. Member Experience & Satisfaction • Maintain premium service standards, hygiene, and engagement on the gym floor. • Audit trainer–member interactions daily. • Resolve escalations within 24 hours in coordination with the Area Fitness Manager. • Ensure every member feels supported, guided, and motivated. Operational Discipline & Compliance • Implement all SOPs related to trainer shifts, sessions & reporting. • Ensure safety protocols, equipment usage standards, and floor discipline. • Coordinate daily with front desk teams for PT updates, feedback & attendance logs. • Submit daily & weekly reports on transformations, revenue & trainer metrics. Team Development & Upskilling • Identify training needs and recommend certifications for trainers. • Conduct monthly learning workshops on transformations, communication & client handling. • Build a culture of discipline, performance, and continuous improvement. KPIs & Metrics The Fitness Manager will be evaluated on: • 95%+ Trainer Attendance & SOP Compliance across all gyms • ₹1,00,000+ average PT revenue per trainer • 10+ Client Transformations per gym per month • 80%+ Member Renewal Influence Rate • 4.5/5+ Member Satisfaction Score • 100% escalation resolution within 24 hours • Zero deviation in operational standards Ideal Candidate Profile • 3–6 years of experience in fitness management or multi-gym leadership. • Strong understanding of PT operations, sales funnels, retention, and client transformation. • Capable of leading 20–25 trainers with confidence. • Data-driven, comfortable with dashboards, CRMs, and BCA tools. • Certifications like ACE, ISSA, NASM preferred (not mandatory). • Energetic, hands-on leader committed to delivering fitness and business excellence. Growth Path High-performing Fitness Managers will be eligible for promotion to Area Fitness Manager within 6–9 months, based on leadership quality, transformation results, and cluster performance consistency.
