About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated, energetic, and organised Male Fitness Manager to lead our training team, deliver an exceptional member experience, and ensure the smooth daily operation of our fitness department. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fitness floor operations to ensure a safe, clean, and motivating environment
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage personal trainers and fitness staff
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching to trainers
• Develop and implement member engagement programs, challenges, and workshops
• Handle membership inquiries related to personal training and fitness services
• Track departmental performance metrics, including session sales and client retention
• Ensure equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs when needed
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve member issues promptly
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry best practices

Qualifications

• Preference - Male
• Previous experience as a Fitness Manager, Personal Training Manager, or Lead Trainer
• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certification (required)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Sales experience or ability to promote fitness services confidently
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends

Preferred Skills

• Experience growing or managing a personal training program
• Knowledge of fitness assessments, program design, and coaching best practices
• Customer-service mindset with the ability to build strong member relationships

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
