Designation: Assistant Manager- Finance & Accounts Salary: up to 7lpa Location: Wadala (10 min walking from Dadar station), Mumbai Key Responsibilities: 📊 Strategic Financial Planning: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive revenue growth and cost efficiency. 📈 Performance Reporting: Prepare MIS, Analyze P&L and KPIs across properties; provide actionable insights to stakeholders. 🧠 Decision Support: Partner with operations, marketing, and supply teams to model pricing, occupancy, and expansion scenarios. 💡 Data-Driven Insights: Build dashboards and reports that transform numbers into strategy. 🛠 Process Improvement: Enhance financial models, automate workflows, and support investor reporting. What You’ll Need: Strong grasp of financial modeling, Excel, and data visualization (Power BI/Tableau/Macros). Experience in hospitality, real estate, or e-commerce preferred.
