Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

As a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional, your role will involve utilizing your strong analytical and financial modeling skills to support the company's financial decision-making process. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning to ensure the company's financial stability and growth - Conducting financial reporting, variance analysis, and creating dashboards to provide insights to the leadership team - Supporting decision-making through financial insights and scenario modeling, helping the company adapt to changing market conditions - Collaborating with different business units and leadership to develop and execute effective financial strategies Desired attributes for this role include being proactive, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities. A positive attitude, willingness to work collaboratively, and the ability to take initiative are essential. Experience in working in cross-cultural environments and dealing with international teams will be advantageous. Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization software is a plus. In addition to your skills and responsibilities, the company is looking for a candidate with 5-10 years of experience, team management experience, and exposure to handling international clients.
