Job Summary

FP&A Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting activities, including variance analysis
Track, analyze, and present key KPIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and align financial insights
Support the CFO in strategic business planning
Automate recurring reports and processes where possible
Provide actionable insights to support decision-making

Required Skills & Qualifications

7+ years of FP&A experience
, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Expert-level Excel skills
(macros, scenario modelling)
Strong knowledge of
QuickBooks Online
Experience in
SaaS/subscription metrics
(ARR, MRR, churn, LTV, CAC, ARPU)
Preferred:
Power BI, Power Query
Desirable: Basic scripting using
Python, SQL, or VBA
Familiarity with FP&A tools/software (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote environment
