Role Overview:

The FP&A Analyst will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making by providing financial insights, forecasts, and performance analysis. This role involves managing budgets, evaluating variances, building financial models, and working closely with business units to optimize profitability and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and analyze annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in coordination with department heads.
• Conduct variance analysis between actual results and forecasts to identify key drivers and trends.
• Create and maintain financial models to support business decisions, investments, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Provide actionable insights through KPI tracking, margin analysis, and cash flow projections.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate pricing strategies, CAPEX & OPEX planning, and revenue projections.
• Support the CFO in financial strategy, cost control initiatives, and business performance improvement.
• Participate in automation and process improvement initiatives within the finance function.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA Finance / CA Inter preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in financial planning, forecasting, or business analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.
• Analytical mindset with excellent quantitative and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting processes, and variance analysis.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities to convey insights to management.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
