Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator to join our cold storage facility at Aeden Fruits International. The operator will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a forklift to move, load, unload, and organize stock within the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have experience working in cold environments and a strong focus on safety and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to load and unload goods and materials from trucks, pallets, and storage racks.
• Move and stack inventory in designated areas safely and efficiently within the cold storage.
• Inspect forklifts and perform basic maintenance checks to ensure equipment safety and reliability.
• Report any damage to goods or machinery to supervisors promptly.
• Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate logs of inventory movement and equipment usage.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse and logistics teams to optimize storage and distribution operations.

Requirements:

• Valid forklift operator license or certification.
• Minimum 1–2 years experience operating forklifts, preferably in cold storage or warehouse settings.
• Ability to work in cold environments with appropriate protective gear.
• Good physical health with the ability to lift heavy loads when needed.
• Strong awareness of safety guidelines and attention to detail.
• Basic communication skills for reporting and coordination.
