Finance Specialist

Role Overview

Finance Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Finance Operations

Manage accounts receivables & payables, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
Oversee day-to-day book-keeping and accounting entries.
Monitor cash flows and working capital requirements.

Compliance & Taxation

Handle
GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances
on a timely basis.
Ensure adherence to financial regulations and coordinate with auditors.
Maintain proper documentation for tax and legal audits.

Financial Reporting & MIS

Prepare
monthly MIS reports
and financial dashboards for management review.
Assist in preparing
P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Internal Controls & Process Improvement

Implement and strengthen financial controls and accounting systems.
Identify areas for efficiency improvement and cost optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy in operations.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or CA/Inter CA/MBA (Finance).
4–5 years of finance experience
in a similar role (preferably with startups, FMCG, or D2C brands).
Strong knowledge of
GST, TDS, and statutory compliances
.
Proficiency in
Excel, Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks, or other accounting software
.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
