We value transparency, efficiency, and excellence in every aspect of our work. Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, managing budgets, and guiding strategic financial planning to support our business growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end financial operations including accounting, budgeting, auditing, and tax compliance. Prepare accurate financial reports, forecasts, and analysis to assist in decision-making. Monitor cash flow, fund utilization, and ensure healthy working capital management. Oversee financial audits, liaise with internal and external auditors. Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and systems. Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, etc. Manage vendor payments, receivables, and reconciliation activities. Provide financial insights to senior management on risk assessment and cost optimization. Coordinate with project teams to monitor budgeting and cost control for real estate projects. Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and investors for fund management and reporting. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/MBA Finance preferred). 5+ years of relevant experience in finance management, preferably in real estate or construction. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, direct and indirect taxes, and accounting principles. Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and financial reporting software.
