Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

 Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheet with notes, income

statement, cash flow statement).

 Responsible for financial consolidation for all entities.

 Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management and

stakeholders.

 Provide data to Investors and Capital ventures as per there requirements.

 Responsible to update accounting policy as and when required.

 Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for significant deviations.

Accounting Operations:

 Manage all aspects of the accounting function, including general ledger,

accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

 Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes.

 Ensure proper accounting for all transactions in accordance with relevant

accounting standards.

IFC Implementation and Maintenance:

 Develop, implement, and maintain internal financial control systems and

procedures.

 Ensure the effectiveness of IFCs in accordance with regulatory requirements.

 Monitor and evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of IFCs.

 Identify and address any weaknesses or deficiencies in the IFC framework.

Ind AS Implementation and Compliance:

 Oversee the implementation of Ind AS in the organization.

 Ensure compliance with Ind AS requirements in financial reporting.

 Stay updated on changes to Ind AS and their impact on the organization.

 Provide guidance and training to the finance team on Ind AS requirements.

Regulatory Compliance:

 Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.

 Prepare and file tax returns and other financial disclosures.

 Coordinate with internal and external auditors.


Qualification and Experience required:

 Qualified CA with experience of financial reporting, auditing and

implementation of IFC and Ind As.

 4+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, business controlling, or related roles.

 In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

 Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

 Advanced proficiency in financial tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Oracle, Tableau, Power BI) and ERP systems.

 Excellent communication and drafting skills.

 Strong Financial acumen and good problem-solving and analytical skills are a must. Along with proactive business support & and partnering skills.

 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
