Finance Manager

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We CIMCON Software India Private Limited (CSIPL) are looking for a dynamic Finance Manager with a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification and 3-4 years of post-qualification experience to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure Statutory Compliances are met.

Oversee Audits & Monthly Closings, with a focus on IND AS applicability.

Develop insightful Financial Dashboards to guide decision-making.

Conduct thorough due diligence for financial transactions and compliance assessments.

Drive Process Improvement initiatives.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of Ind AS and accounting standards.

Experience in Due Diligence and the IPO process.

Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple deliverables.

Effective team management and cross-departmental coordination.

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.

Requirements:

Chartered Accountant (CA): Mandatory qualification.

3-4 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles, preferably in a corporate environment.

Hands-on knowledge of compliances and IND AS is a must.

Strong skills in preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction.

Experience in Due Diligence or the IPO process would be a plus.
