Business Development Manager
Industry - Automation Manufacturing
Experience - 3 to 10 Years

Job Requirements:

- Previous experience in outbound calling, prospecting, application engineering, or a related sales role within the industrial software, Industrial IoT, or industrial automation sectors.

- Ability to design marketing campaigns and email outreach for lead generation.

- Strong software demonstration skills, both online and offline.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, such as HubSpot.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

- Exceptional phone and cold calling abilities.

- Outstanding customer service skills.

- Strong listening and sales capabilities.

- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

- A minimum of 3-10 years of professional experience in the relevant industry.

Job Profile:

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

- A degree in Mechanical, Production, Instrumentation, Automation, or Control Systems is preferred.

- At least 3-10 years of experience in enterprise sales within any process industry.

- A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Execute pre-sales strategies in Industrial IoT, Edge Computing, Smart Manufacturing, and Predictive Maintenance solutions for OEMs and system integrators.

- Communicate and engage with customers regarding application success related to condition monitoring.

- Build relationships with technical decision-makers within plants and channel partners as needed.

- Develop connections with key personnel in system integrators and OEM firms.

- Create compelling value propositions focused on condition monitoring for plant and system integrator customers to drive application success.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to achieve business objectives.

- Understand customer needs and identify technical application opportunities.

- Respond to potential customer inquiries and provide additional information via email.

- Stay updated on product and service information and updates.

- Maintain a database of current and potential customers aligned with sales efforts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹650,000.00 per year
