Finance Manager

Position Overview

Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

Finance Management and Reporting

Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage general ledger accounts and ensure timely financial closing.
Oversee financial reconciliations, cash flow management, and forecasting.
Develop and monitor financial KPIs to support business performance.

Budgeting and Forecasting

Lead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with department heads.
Prepare rolling forecasts and variance analyses.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial efficiency.

Internal Control and Compliance

Ensure robust internal control systems, financial policies, and procedures.
Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and tax compliance.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate governance requirements.

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Professional qualification (CA / CPA / ACCA / CMA) preferred.
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations.
Proficient in financial software and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
