We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Manager to join our team and lead the financial operations of the company. Position Overview The Finance Manager will oversee all financial activities of the company, including accounting, financial planning, budgeting, reporting, analysis, statutory compliance, and internal controls. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Finance Management and Reporting Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage general ledger accounts and ensure timely financial closing. Oversee financial reconciliations, cash flow management, and forecasting. Develop and monitor financial KPIs to support business performance. Budgeting and Forecasting Lead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with department heads. Prepare rolling forecasts and variance analyses. Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial efficiency. Internal Control and Compliance Ensure robust internal control systems, financial policies, and procedures. Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and tax compliance. Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate governance requirements. Qualification & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Professional qualification (CA / CPA / ACCA / CMA) preferred. Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations. Proficient in financial software and ERP systems. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
