Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Finance Manager who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery of financial information. You will take ownership of everything from bookkeeping and reporting to budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management, while providing strategic insights to support business growth.

The ideal candidate is not only technically strong but also willing to roll up their sleeves, streamline processes and work closely with operational and commercials teams. You will combine analytical mindset with excellent communication skills, enabling you to translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations for senior management and collaboration with global team.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivables, bank reconciliations, and other general ledger transactions.

• Oversee timely processing of payroll and ensure correctness, maintaining payroll records, and handling payroll queries.

• Oversee supply chain function-imports, logistics, and procurement.

• Review commercial contracts to ensure compliance with Company policies and standards and legal requirements.

• Prepare accurate and timely management accounts, financial statements, and reports.

• Preparation of budget, forecast and cash flow planning to support business objectives.

• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision making.

• Identify opportunities to improved financial processes and systems and ensure effective internal control is in place.

• Collaborate with operational, commercial teams and other departments to monitor performance and manage costs.

• Ensure compliance with all statutory, audit, tax, and regulatory requirements.

• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, company secretaries, banks, and other financial stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or similar senior finance role.

• Professional accounting qualification or equivalent experience.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting and cash flow management.

• Hands-on experience with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial systems.

• Experience in process improvement and implementing financial controls.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.

• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency with accounting software and advance excel skills.

• Must be well versed in statutory, tax and government rules in India.
