Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile daily sales transactions, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing payments, invoices, and receipts.
• Assist in preparing and verifying financial documents, such as invoices, bills, and bank statements.
• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable statements, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and reconciling stock records with sales data.
• Provide support during audits by gathering relevant financial documents and assisting auditors as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions.
• Gst filling
• Income tax return
• TDS deduction
• Mis reports and it’s presentations
• Internal reconciliation
• All financial activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the retail industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
