Job Description

Role Description:

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring the accurate and timely reporting of financial data, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role involves managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, as well as ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The Finance Manager will collaborate with senior leadership to drive financial performance, analyze business trends, and provide insights into cost management and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA is a plus)
  • 3+ years of experience in financial management, accounting, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards (GAAP or IFRS), and regulatory requirements
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
  • Experience with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and investment evaluations
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in developing and mentoring finance teams
  • Knowledge of risk management, internal controls, and compliance processes
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Experience in managing external audits and liaising with external auditors
  • Bilingual skills (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) are a plus in multinational environments
