Job Description

As a Senior Manager Finance at Plutos One Technology Pvt. Ltd., you will play a vital role in leading budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial operations in the high-growth fintech industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes - Overseeing financial reporting, reconciliations, and analysis - Managing Accounts & Reconciliation Teams and coordinating with external consultants - Handling bank, biller, and vendor relations to ensure financial integrity - Ensuring regulatory compliance and monitoring financial risks To qualify for this role, you should have: - MBA (Finance) or CS + LLB or equivalent qualification - Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, reconciliation, and taxation - Proficiency in Excel, ERP, and budgeting tools - Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills Preferred qualifications include: - Experience in Fintech/B2B SaaS industry - Familiarity with Indian finance regulations - Client-facing financial coordination experience Plutos One Technology Pvt.
