Backend Executive - Customer Service Location : Noida Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in backend operations or customer service Company Description Plutos ONE is India’s youngest TSP for the Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS). Since 2010, we have operated India’s largest Incentive Platform for Banks and Networks, providing innovative solutions in the payments industry. Roles and Responsibilities: Customer Support Management : Provide backend support to resolve customer queries and issues related to payments, biller services, and account management through email, chat, and phone interactions. Issue Escalation and Resolution : Coordinate with internal teams (technical, billing, operations) to escalate and resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Data Entry and Record Keeping : Maintain and update customer service databases and logs, ensuring that all customer interactions and issues are documented accurately. Reporting : Prepare and provide regular reports on customer service metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer feedback. Process Improvement : Identify recurring customer service issues and suggest process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of backend operations. Compliance and Documentation : Ensure that all customer-related documentation and processes comply with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements. Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 2 years of experience in backend operations or customer service, preferably in the fintech, payments, or banking industry. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple customer issues simultaneously. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to interact with internal teams and customers effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
