Job Description

As a Development Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting and financial operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparing and analyzing financial statements, MIS reports, and forecasts. - Managing budgeting, financial planning, and cost control activities. - Ensuring statutory compliance such as TDS, GST filings, etc. - Monitoring cash flow, working capital, and fund management. - Coordinating with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders. - Identifying financial risks and providing strategic recommendations to management. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA under working preferred). - Proven experience of 2-3+ years as a Finance Manager or in a similar role. - Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance. - Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/Tally. - An analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and leadership abilities.,
