Finance Lead

Key Responsibilities : Financial Strategy & Planning Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with business goals Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning Provide financial insights and data-driven recommendations to leadership Accounting & Compliance Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and monthly/quarterly closings Ensure compliance with statutory laws, tax filings, audits, and regulatory guidelines Liaise with external auditors, accountants, and consultants Fundraising & Investor Relations Prepare financial models, pitch decks, and reports for potential investors Manage due diligence process during fundraising rounds Maintain strong investor reporting and communication Cash Flow & Treasury Management Monitor cash flow, burn rate, and working capital Optimize fund utilization and manage banking relationships Team & Tools Build and lead the finance and accounts team as we grow Implement and improve financial systems, processes, and tools Qualifications: CA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification 4+ years of experience in finance, preferably in a high-growth startup or dynamic environment Strong knowledge of accounting principles, compliance, taxation, and financial modeling Proven experience in fundraising support or investor management is a plus Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving startup culture What We Offer: A front-row seat to a rapidly growing startup High ownership, direct impact, and leadership opportunity Collaborative and flexible work environment Competitive compensation + ESOPs Medical benefits Show more Show less
