🚀 We’re hiring a Recruiter at Vama.app (Gurgaon | On-site) If you’re the kind of person who gets a rush from connecting the right people to the right opportunities — we’re looking for you. At Vama, we’re building the future of spiritual tech — and to make that happen, we need the right talent across tech, content, and marketing. That’s where you come in. We’re looking for someone who can: • Sniff out great talent before LinkedIn even knows they’re looking • Read between the lines of a CV and a conversation • Work closely with founders and hiring managers to understand what’s really needed (not just what’s in the JD) • Build a strong talent pipeline across functions — with a focus on speed, quality, and vibes • Help us create a hiring culture that’s human, inclusive, and fast-moving 👀 Who you are: • You’ve worked at a startup (or several), and you know how to hire when things are messy, fast, and exciting • You’ve got 3+ years of experience in recruitment (bonus if you’ve hired for tech/content/marketing roles) • You’re based in/around Gurgaon or willing to work from our on-site office — we like building face-to-face • You’re resourceful, independent, and know how to sell a vision (not just a job) • You believe hiring is a bit of matchmaking, a bit of hustle, and a lot of instinct 💼 What you’ll be working on: • Full-cycle recruitment across tech, content, and marketing teams • Working directly with the founding team on strategic hiring • Helping shape our employer brand and candidate experience • Setting up lightweight but scalable processes as we grow 🌟 Bonus if you: • Have used tools like Notion, LinkedIn Recruiter, or just your own network magic • Are a great storyteller — we’re in the business of belief, after all • Have a sense of humor (you’ll need it in startup hiring 😄) Why Vama?
