Job Description – Finance Director Position: Finance Director Location: Noida Reporting To: Managing Director / CEO Role Overview The Finance Director will be responsible for leading the company’s financial strategy, planning, governance, and risk management. The role requires strong leadership in finance operations, strategic decision-making, and the ability to leverage AI-driven tools and analytics to enhance financial performance, forecasting, and compliance. Key Roles & Responsibilities Financial Strategy & Leadership • Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy aligned with business objectives. • Provide strategic financial insights to senior management for decision-making. • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Financial Management & Control • Oversee accounting, taxation, treasury, and financial reporting functions. • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost controls to optimize profitability. Compliance & Risk Management • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, accounting standards, and regulatory norms. • Liaise with auditors, banks, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities. • Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies. Business Support & Growth • Implement and utilize AI-based tools for: • Financial forecasting and predictive analysis • Budget variance analysis • Fraud detection and risk assessment • Automation of accounting, reporting, and reconciliation. • Drive digital transformation within the finance function to improve efficiency and accuracy. Team Management • Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring skill development and performance management. • Establish strong financial systems, processes, and internal controls. Key Requirements & Skills • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA (Finance) or equivalent. • Minimum 10–12 years of relevant experience, with leadership exposure. • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations. • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. • Experience in strategic planning and stakeholder management.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹2,400,000.00 - ₹3,600,000.00 per year
