Field Sales Engineer

As a Field Sales Engineer at Streamindus Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd., located in Noida, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting a range of engineering products and services on-site. With a focus on proactive client visits, site surveys, and internal coordination for proposal generation and project execution, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of key tasks. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and generating leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, and market research. You will meet potential clients at various locations to understand their engineering needs and present company products such as Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEBs), tanks, solar systems, grain silos, water treatment systems, etc., while explaining technical specifications and benefits. Additionally, you will coordinate with design and estimation teams for proposal preparation, follow up with clients for negotiations and deal closures, and provide post-sales support during project execution. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelors/Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant technical field. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in field sales of industrial or engineering products is required, although freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply. Technical understanding of industrial products, construction systems, or renewable energy solutions, along with the ability to read drawings and interpret technical documents, will be advantageous. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, alongside a willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region, are key requirements for success in this position. It will be beneficial if you are familiar with CRM tools, MS Excel, and report generation, and possess fluency in English and local language(s). A strong problem-solving attitude and a customer-first approach will further enhance your performance in this role. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday, with weekend availability and performance bonuses. Food will be provided at work, and you will be required to work in person.
