Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries.
• Generate qualified leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, and online research.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporates, contractors, and consultants.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare and present compelling business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the internal technical and project teams for proposal and execution alignment.
• Track and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date records in CRM and provide regular reporting on sales activities.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience in industrial or B2B sales (Freshers with strong communication and drive may also be considered).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of industrial sectors such as PEBs, storage solutions, solar, or infrastructure is preferred.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with travel for client meetings and project visits.
