Role Overview

Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:

    Identify and connect with potential customers across sectors like agriculture, industries, EPC contractors, government bodies, and builders.
  • Client Consultation:

    Understand client requirements in detail and pitch relevant solutions from our offerings – Tanks, Silos, Solar Solutions, PEBs, or others.
  • Proposal & Quotation:

    Coordinate with internal teams to prepare and share technical-commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Follow-ups & Conversion:

    Track leads, follow-up consistently, and convert inquiries into successful orders.
  • Site Visits & Presentations:

    Conduct on-site visits, client meetings, and presentations to showcase our completed projects, product quality, and service strength.
  • Sales Reporting:

    Maintain and update sales pipeline, client interactions, and status reports in CRM or Excel format.
  • Cross-Coordination:

    Work closely with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure smooth execution post-order.
  • Market Intelligence:

    Stay updated with competitor activity, pricing trends, and emerging client needs in the engineering sector.


Key Skills Required

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and client engagement skills
  • Basic understanding of technical drawings, BOQs, and product specifications (training will be provided)
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Organized, punctual, and proactive attitude
  • Comfortable with field travel and client meetings


Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Business / Marketing or related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in industrial/technical/B2B sales (freshers with good aptitude may also apply)
  • Familiarity with sectors such as Infrastructure, Solar, Storage, or Fabrication is an added advantage
  • Fluent in English and Hindi; regional language is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
