Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager (CRM) for the general staffing and recruitment industry to own and grow key client accounts across the US and Canada. The role involves managing end-to-end staffing delivery for non-IT requirements (BPO, customer service, healthcare, retail, hospitality, light industrial, admin, finance & accounting, etc.), ensuring high client satisfaction, retention, and account expansion. This is a 100% onsite, night-shift position in Noida.


Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the single point of contact for assigned US/Canada staffing clients and resolve queries related to job orders, candidate submittals, interviews, onboarding, timesheets, payroll, and invoicing.

Build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with client HR teams, hiring managers, and procurement/VMS/MSP partners to drive repeat business and higher fill rates.

Understand client staffing needs (volume hiring, seasonal ramps, temp-to-hire, direct placement, RPO, payrolling) and coordinate with internal recruitment, sourcing, and compliance teams for on-time and quality delivery.

Perform daily/weekly structured follow-ups, status calls, and pipeline reviews; proactively surface new job openings and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.

Maintain accurate and real-time records of all client interactions, requisitions, submissions, feedback, and performance metrics in CRM tools (Bullhorn, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).

Analyze account data (fill ratio, time-to-fill, dropout ratio, compliance score) to identify trends and suggest service or process improvements.

Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports, dashboards, client review decks, and quarterly business review (QBR) presentations.

Collaborate with sales, recruitment, compliance, and payroll teams to ensure 100% SLA adherence and seamless service delivery.

Handle escalations professionally (rate issues, replacement guarantees, compliance concerns) and resolve within committed timelines.

Drive client engagement activities: requirement intake calls, satisfaction surveys, feedback sessions, and strategy discussions.

Identify and highlight upsell/cross-sell opportunities (additional job categories, new locations, managed services, or full RPO).


Ideal Candidate


Qualifications:

3–6 years of client-facing experience in the general staffing/recruitment industry (US/Canada process knowledge mandatory).

Proven success in managing and growing staffing accounts (non-IT verticals preferred).

Excellent English communication and relationship-building skills.

Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems and advanced MS Excel/PowerPoint.

Comfortable working night shifts in a high-volume, target-oriented environment.
