Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled PLC Programmer with over 5 years of hands-on industry experience to join us as a Trainer . The selected candidate will design and deliver engaging, hands-on training programs to equip learners with real-world automation skills. Key Responsibilities: Conduct technical training sessions on PLC programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, etc.). Develop practical course modules, real-time project-based tasks, and assessment materials. Guide and mentor learners throughout the training lifecycle. Keep up with industry trends and update training content regularly. Collaborate with the team to ensure training quality and learner satisfaction. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in PLC programming and automation systems. Expertise in leading PLC platforms: Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc. Strong understanding of SCADA/HMI integration and industrial communication protocols. Effective communication and teaching skills. Prior training experience is an added advantage. Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related fields.
