We are seeking a skilled and experienced Interview Call Trainer/Support professional with strong expertise in ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and PPM. The ideal candidate will prepare candidates for ServiceNow-related interviews, providing domain-specific support, technical insight, and mock interview training to enhance interview readiness and performance. Key Responsibilities: Conduct mock interviews and provide real-time feedback to candidates. Train candidates on answering questions across various ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and PPM. Offer strategic guidance and insights on handling scenario-based and technical questions. Share best practices and industry trends to align candidate knowledge with market expectations. Assist in building confidence and improving articulation of technical expertise. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platforms. Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and PPM modules. Strong communication and mentoring skills. Experience in interview preparation or technical coaching is a plus.
