Timings-


Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Management: Prepare, process, and maintain accurate invoices for Canadian clients, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with company policies.
  • Sales Order Processing: Create and track sales orders, coordinate with production and logistics teams, and ensure proper documentation throughout the order lifecycle.
  • Payment Follow-Up: Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments, and liaise with Canadian customers and internal finance teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Purchase order: Purchase order issuance to vendor after approval and followup with vendor and handling logistic for shipping from offshore to Canada/USA.
  • Inventory management: Documentation related to inventory, track of all inventory
  • Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute social media campaigns tailored to the Canadian textile market, engage with followers, and support brand awareness and promotions.
  • Email Communication: Draft and send professional emails to Canadian clients, partners, and internal stakeholders for order updates, inquiries, and general correspondence.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain organized records of invoices, sales orders, payment status, and marketing activities for regular reporting to management.
  • Other Administrative Support: Assist with additional back office tasks, including data entry, file management, and coordination between Indian and Canadian teams as required.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in back office or administrative roles, preferably in export or textile industries.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written); French language skills are a plus.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and invoicing software.
  • Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams.

  • Location: Panipat, (work from home)
  • Working Hours: Flexible, with overlap to Canadian time zones as needed
