Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Coordinator based in Kottayam. The Export Coordinator will handle export documentation, ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, and facilitate smooth communication with clients, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders. The role involves managing transportation and logistics, coordinating export shipments, resolving customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. The Export Coordinator will also support the team in maintaining organized records and ensuring timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in computer applications and software used for documentation and logistics management
• Relevant experience in export coordination or a related field; a degree in business, logistics, or similar is a plus
