Marketing Sales Support Manager

The Marketing Sales support Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales objectives across Bipha’s Ayurveda product range. The role involves designing and executing marketing campaigns, supporting the field sales team, and using data-driven insights to improve performance and market reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement annual and quarterly sales plans aligned with business goals.

• Monitor achievement of targets across sales channels and regions, ensuring timely interventions.

• Plan and execute promotional and marketing campaigns to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.

• Support and guide regional sales teams through training, motivation, and performance monitoring.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.

• Use quantitative analysis to evaluate campaign ROI, sales performance, and customer behavior.

• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

• Collaborate with the product and digital marketing teams to drive new product launches and campaigns.

• Ensure customer relationship management and after-sales support excellence.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in FMCG, wellness, or Ayurvedic product sectors.

• Strong analytical ability and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Experience in leading teams and coordinating cross-departmental projects.

• Proficiency with CRM tools, Excel, and digital marketing dashboards.
