Marketing Sales Support Manager

As the Marketing Sales Support Manager at Biphas Ayurveda, your role is crucial in driving revenue growth and achieving sales objectives for the product range. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement annual and quarterly sales plans that are in line with business goals. - Monitor the achievement of targets across sales channels and regions, and take timely interventions as needed. - Plan and execute promotional and marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. - Provide support and guidance to regional sales teams through training, motivation, and performance monitoring. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends. - Utilize quantitative analysis to evaluate campaign ROI, sales performance, and customer behavior. - Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review. - Collaborate with the product and digital marketing teams to drive new product launches and campaigns. - Ensure excellence in customer relationship management and after-sales support. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in FMCG, wellness, or Ayurvedic product sectors. - Strong analytical ability and proficiency in data-driven decision-making. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Experience in leading teams and coordinating cross-departmental projects. - Proficiency with CRM tools, Excel, and digital marketing dashboards.
