Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM software. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3+ years of experience in B2B or B2C sales (depending on the industry). Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Demonstrated leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and collaboration within the sales team. Making sure all the leads of the clients after placing orders are met. * Minimum one year experience as a Customer relationship manager ➢ Ensuring your existing clients are satisfied through after-sales service. ➢ Always ask them for true feedback. ➢ Servicing the client after receiving the order till the time of collection of payment. ➢ Resolve the queries and questions of all the clients. ➢ Give or support the participants/clients about company products or services. ➢ Acting as a point of contact for complaints and escalating issues to the concern. ➢ Understand client queries and solve them in any manner.
