Senior Sales Executive

Job Summary
The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strong understanding of the market, customer needs, and effective sales strategies to meet and exceed performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships by providing excellent customer service and after-sales support.
• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with campaigns.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approach.
• Negotiate terms of agreement and close sales deals effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM software.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3+ years of experience in B2B or B2C sales (depending on the industry).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and collaboration within the sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
