Job Summary:

Executive Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for assigned positions.
  • Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to close positions on time.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial screening of candidates and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
  • Coordinate assessments, feedback collection, and interview logistics.
  • Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment database.
  • Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates to provide a positive experience.
  • Prepare recruitment status reports and track hiring metrics.
  • Assist in campus hiring drives, job fairs, and recruitment campaigns.
