Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Greater Noida West (job location: https://maps.app.goo.gl/m54GdGxLQK6ZwXNU6) for an Executive Personal Assistant. The role involves providing high-level administrative support to senior executives, managing daily schedules and appointments, handling clerical tasks, and ensuring efficient communication between stakeholders. Responsibilities include planning meetings, organizing correspondence, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing reports, and maintaining confidentiality in all tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance.
• Proficiency in Communication and Diary Management to ensure effective scheduling and coordination.
• Competence in Skills including managing correspondence, record-keeping, and multitasking, day today office, reporting of staff, vendor coordination etc.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Adaptability to a dynamic work environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Travel:
