Role Description This is a full-time Admissions Counselor role located on-site at our Dwarka campus. The Admissions Counselor will guide prospective students through the admission process, provide information on available programs, and assist with enrollment. The role involves regular communication with potential students and parents to address inquiries and concerns, delivering presentations, and maintaining accurate records of admissions activities. The counselor will also collaborate with the admissions team to achieve recruitment targets and ensure a smooth admission experience for all candidates. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and team members Customer Service expertise and the ability to create a positive enrollment experience Sales acumen to guide prospective students through the application and enrollment process Background in Education or experience in an admissions or academic environment is an advantage Proficient organizational skills to manage records and track admissions progress Passion for helping students achieve their educational and professional goals Ability to work on-site in Dwarka and adapt to a fast-paced environment
