Role Description: We are looking for a professional, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executives and senior leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling confidential information, and ensuring the smooth running of the executive’s day-to-day operations. You will serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and assist with a wide variety of tasks to help the leadership team stay focused on strategic business objectives. You will also assist with event planning, project coordination, and office management tasks, ensuring that all aspects of the executive’s responsibilities are organized and well-supported. You may be required to manage special projects or provide personal assistance on a variety of non-business-related matters.
