Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Personal Assistant located in Dwarka, New Delhi. The Executive Personal Assistant will manage executive schedules, coordinate meetings, and provide administrative support. Responsibilities include diary management, handling correspondence, performing clerical tasks, and ensuring efficient communication. The assistant will work closely with senior executives to manage priorities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
• Strong proficiency in Diary Management and Clerical Skills
• Excellent Communication and organizational capabilities
• Capability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
• Attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred
