Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Full Stack Engineer at STORY DESIGN located in Noida. The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for back-end and front-end web development, software development, and CSS. Day-to-day tasks will involve developing and maintaining web applications, ensuring functionality and user experience. Key Responsibilities: Website Development: Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites , including custom themes and plugins. Front-End and Back-End Development: Build and customize the front-end (user interface) and back-end (server-side logic) of websites. Customization: Implement custom features and functionalities requested by clients. Optimization: Optimize website performance for speed, usability, and mobile responsiveness. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs on WordPress websites. Collaboration: Work with designers, content creators, and other developers to ensure seamless integration. Security: Perform security audits and updates to protect website data and integrity. Training and Support: Provide training and technical support to clients on using and maintaining their WordPress websites. Staying Updated: Keep abreast of the latest WordPress updates, trends, and best practices in web development. Documentation: Document code and processes for future reference and maintainability. Skills and Qualifications: Programming Languages: Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. WordPress Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the WordPress ecosystem, including themes, plugins, and development practices. Web Design Principles: Understanding of web design principles and user experience. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for debugging and troubleshooting. Project Management: Ability to manage projects, estimate timelines, and meet deadlines. SEO Knowledge: Understanding of basic SEO principles for optimizing website visibility. SQL Knowledge: Basic understanding of SQL for database management.
