Key Responsibilities-

  • Manage and maintain the MD’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, minutes of he meeting, reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, ensuring all required information is available in advance.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Monitor and follow up on action items from meetings, ensuring timely completion.
  • Manage office operations related to the MD’s requirements and liaise with different departments for smooth workflow.
  • Support in organizing corporate events, client interactions, and other official engagements.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Problem-solving ability and proactive mindset.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/ Finance or related field.
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
  • Prior experience in handling high-level executives or directors preferred.
