Role & responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Assist in planning, execution, and tracking of key business initiatives.
• Support the CEO with research, data analysis, and documentation as required.
• Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, and minutes of meetings.
• Coordinate and follow up on action items from meetings to ensure timely closure.
• Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
• Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritizing critical matters.
• Liaise with respective departments to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
• Organize events, client meetings, and board meetings when necessary.
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior leadership.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Analytical and Calendar Management tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with keen attention to detail.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
