Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly organized and strategic Executive Assistant.This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential communications, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the executives. Key Responsibilities:

- Calendar & Priority Management: Own and optimize the executive's calendar, protecting focus time and minimizing context switching.

- Communication & Inbox Management: Triage emails, draft responses, and manage internal and external communications.

- Cross-Functional Support: Follow up on action items, track deliverables, and coordinate with teams.

- Confidential Support: Handle sensitive information with discretion, assist in strategic planning, and prepare briefing documents.

- Travel & Logistics: Plan and book travel, manage itineraries, and troubleshoot issues.

Required Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Ability to manage confidential information and multitask.

- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, or specific project management software.
