Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain the MD’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Act as the point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders. Draft, review, and manage correspondence, minutes of he meeting, reports, presentations, and other documentation. Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, ensuring all required information is available in advance. Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism. Monitor and follow up on action items from meetings, ensuring timely completion. Manage office operations related to the MD’s requirements and liaise with different departments for smooth workflow. Support in organizing corporate events, client interactions, and other official engagements. Desired Skills & Competencies- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to handle pressure and maintain confidentiality. Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor. Problem-solving ability and proactive mindset. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/ Finance or related field. Proven experience (1-2 years) as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership. Prior experience in handling high-level executives or directors preferred.
