Job Title: Executive Assistant Department: Finance - Mumbai location Reports to: CFO Job Summary: This position requires a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CFO. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and proven experience working across global time zones and with international stakeholders. Essential functions: • Calendar & Schedule Management - Efficiently manage and prioritize the calendar, ensuring timely appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts. • Meeting Preparation & Coordination - Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports. Attend meetings with the CXO to take notes, track action items, and ensure follow-up. Be a liaison between the CXO and internal/external stakeholders. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, ensuring urgent matters are prioritized. • Travel Coordination - Organize domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. • Confidentiality & Professionalism - Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and integrity, especially with sensitive corporate information. Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities: • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. • Candidate with powerpoint presentation and Excel knowledge is preferred. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Must have prior experience coordinating with international teams, clients, or offices. • Experience in managing cross-border schedules and global communications. • Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and demonstrate professional discretion.
