Job Title: Customer Support Representative Location: Sector 19, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon Salary: Up to ₹27,000 CTC + Incentives Working Days: 6 days a week (Rotational Week Off) Shift Timings: Day Shift (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM) Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Role Summary: As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for contacting customers to remind them of outstanding payments, assisting with payment arrangements, and updating account information accurately. You will handle customer queries with empathy and professionalism to ensure a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Contact customers to remind them of outstanding payments using provided scripts and call guides. Assist customers in negotiating payment arrangements, considering their financial situation and company policies. Update and maintain accurate customer account information and payment history in the collections system. Identify and escalate accounts requiring special attention, such as high balances or delayed payments. Provide prompt, courteous, and professional responses to customer questions and concerns. Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines related to collections and communication. Maintain detailed records of calls, payments collected, and follow-up actions; generate regular reports. Participate actively in training and coaching sessions to enhance skills and ensure compliance. Meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs, including call and collection targets. Perform additional duties as assigned by the team. Qualifications & Skills: Graduation/Undergraduate degree preferred. Freshers welcome; 1-2 years experience in collections or customer service preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic and customer-focused approach. Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet targets. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
