Customer Support Representative

You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer queries related to Tata 1mg services such as orders, medicines, and lab tests. Your role will involve providing clear and accurate information in Hindi and basic English to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - Good communication skills in Hindi. - Basic understanding of English to handle internal tools or basic customer interactions. - Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate. - Comfortable using a computer and basic CRM systems. - Prior experience in customer support is a plus (freshers can also apply). - Should not be looking for sales or target-based roles. The company offers a salary of 18,000 with no incentives, a non-sales, non-target-based job, a friendly work environment, a 5-day working week, and the opportunity to work with the trusted Tata Group under the Tata 1mg brand.
