Bandra and Khar West, Mumbai. With two projects already in motion and more acquisitions

underway, we’re reimagining how redevelopment is done—prioritizing trust, tech, and

transparency.

Key Responsibilities :

Executive Support

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, calls, and travel while ensuring optimal time management and prioritization.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external communications directed to the CEO.
• Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO.
• Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-up notes for meetings.
• Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Operational Coordination

• Coordinate executive meetings, board meetings, and leadership offsites, including logistics and materials preparation.
• Support the CEO in tracking organizational goals, priorities, and key initiatives.
• Liaise between the CEO and senior leadership team to ensure timely follow-up and project execution.
• Handle expense reporting, vendor coordination, and other administrative processes as needed.

Strategic & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, board members, partners, and key external contacts.
• Support CEO communications, including speeches, talking points, and stakeholder updates.
• Represent the CEO and the organization with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO provides high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to the Chief Executive Officer. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate the CEO’s needs in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The EA acts as a trusted partner, ensuring the CEO’s office operates efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Communications, or related field).
• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a C-suite executive (CEO experience preferred).
• Experience in Real Estate Industry a plus.

Skills & Attributes

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Teams, Slack, Zoom, etc.).
• Proactive problem-solver with sound judgment and a “no task too small” mindset.
