We’re a new-age real estate development firm focused on premium redevelopment projects

in Bandra and Khar West, Mumbai. With two projects already in motion and more acquisitions

underway, we’re reimagining how redevelopment is done—prioritizing trust, tech, and

transparency. As we continue to grow, we are seeking the services of an Architect to join our

talented team and play a key role in shaping the future of our projects.

What You’ll Do

❖ Conduct site visits to gather relevant information and conduct feasibility study based on

DCPR regulations.

❖ Develop and present design proposals, including approvable detailed drawings and

specifications as per norms.

❖ Collaborate with external consultants/project architects and internal cross-functional

teams to ensure successful project delivery

❖ Provide technical expertise and guidance on architectural best practices

❖ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architecture.

Requirements -

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

Experience: 5+ Years of experience (Residential /Commercial developments)

Deep understanding of various schemes under DCPR 2034 and its applicability.

Should be able to work independently.

Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and other relevant design software
